77bar Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Agreement

§1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "77bar" refers to the online gambling platform accessible at 77bar.cam, including all sub-pages, features, games, services, and related applications operated under the 77bar brand.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the 77bar platform to access gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's 77bar account, including real-money deposits and credited bonuses where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, free spins value, cashback, or other incentives credited to a player's 77bar account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player that are not subject to wagering restrictions, minus any applicable fees or charges.
• "Services" means all gambling products, games, sports betting, promotions, and customer support services provided by 77bar.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing online gambling in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer procedures, including identity verification, age verification, and source-of-funds checks required by 77bar and Philippine regulations.

Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.

§2 Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age. The 77bar platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age requirement is established in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling. By registering an account with 77bar, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.

2.2 Mandatory Age Verification. 77bar reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid government-issued Philippine ID (passport, driver's license, SSS card, PhilSys National ID, UMID, or voter's ID). 77bar may suspend your account and withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of age verification. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all associated funds will be forfeited.

2.3 Jurisdictional Restrictions. Players are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction before registering with 77bar. The platform is intended for use by Philippine residents and may be accessed from other jurisdictions at the player's own risk and in compliance with applicable local laws. 77bar makes no representations that the Services are appropriate or available for use outside the Philippines.

2.4 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain an account with 77bar: (i) individuals under 21 years of age; (ii) individuals who have previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from 77bar; (iii) employees, agents, or contractors of 77bar or its affiliated companies, or immediate family members thereof; (iv) any person legally prohibited from participating in online gambling activities under applicable Philippine law.

§3 Account Registration and KYC

3.1 Registration Requirements. To access real-money games and services at 77bar, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, Philippine mobile number, and a secure password. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one (1) active 77bar account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different contact details — is strictly prohibited. If 77bar identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, all balances and bonuses forfeited, and the Player may be permanently banned from the platform.

3.3 KYC Verification. 77bar may require players to complete full KYC verification before processing withdrawals, approving bonus claims, or at any time at our discretion. KYC documentation may include government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 77bar login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You must notify 77bar immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 77bar accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

§4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 77bar accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin and USDT. Payment methods and limits are subject to change and may vary by player verification level.

4.2 Own Account Requirement. All payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals to or from your 77bar account must be registered in your own legal name and must match the identity information provided during KYC verification. 77bar strictly prohibits third-party deposits and withdrawals. Any breach of this requirement may result in immediate account suspension and fund seizure pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. 77bar aims to process approved withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within five (5) minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within two (2) hours. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or where unusual activity has been flagged on the account.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the Player having completed applicable KYC verification and having satisfied all wagering requirements on any active bonus funds. 77bar reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Player's account settings.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 77bar is committed to preventing money laundering and financing of terrorism. In compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements, 77bar monitors transactions and may report suspicious activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities. Players must not use 77bar for any purpose related to money laundering, currency exchange, or any other financial crime.

§5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback, and promotional offers available at 77bar are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements disclosed at the time of the offer. In all cases, the specific bonus terms take precedence over any general statements made in advertising or promotional materials.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your 77bar account must be wagered the required number of times (as specified in each individual offer) before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution rates are specified in each offer.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses credited to a 77bar account have an expiry period, typically seven (7) to thirty (30) days from the date of crediting, as specified in each offer. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the applicable period will be automatically forfeited without notice.

5.4 Abuse Prevention. 77bar reserves the right to void, withhold, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation of system errors, coordinated play across multiple accounts to meet wagering requirements, or any other activity that 77bar considers to be in bad faith or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

§6 Gameplay and Fair Play Policy

6.1 RNG Certification. All casino games offered at 77bar use Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. 77bar does not manipulate game outcomes, and all published Return-to-Player (RTP) rates accurately reflect the statistical long-term payout percentages of each game.

6.2 Prohibited Software. The use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with 77bar games or the platform is strictly prohibited. Players must play solely through the official 77bar interface using manual inputs. Any player found using prohibited software will have their account immediately terminated and all balances forfeited.

6.3 Collusion. Players must not collaborate with other players or 77bar staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game. This includes, but is not limited to, communicating card information in live dealer games, coordinating bets in poker, or exploiting known software vulnerabilities. 77bar monitors gameplay patterns and will act decisively against confirmed cases of collusion.

§7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77bar platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and potential referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using a 77bar account if you are under 21 years of age, or if you are a self-excluded player;
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment methods to fund your 77bar account;
• Using the 77bar platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;

• Selling, transferring, or purchasing 77bar accounts or account credentials;
• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geo-restrictions or disguise your true location;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits to 77bar in bad faith;
• Engaging in any activity that 77bar determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the games offered.

§8 Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the 77bar platform — including but not limited to software, game designs, graphics, logos, brand names, text, audio, video, and interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77bar or its licensed game providers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 77bar platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 77bar content without prior written authorization from 77bar.

§9 Privacy and Data Protection

77bar collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and is available at 77bar.cam/privacy-policy. By using the 77bar platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. 77bar complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

§10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77bar, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 77bar has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.2 77bar's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 77bar does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for losses or missed opportunities resulting from technical outages, scheduled maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, cyberattacks, or actions of Philippine government authorities.

§11 Responsible Gaming

77bar is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity. Players may request deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion through their 77bar account settings or by contacting customer support. We encourage all players to gamble only for entertainment, never to chase losses, and to seek help if they feel their gambling is becoming a problem.

§12 Suspension and Termination

12.1 77bar reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud or criminal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, receipt of a chargeback, or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

12.2 Players may close their 77bar account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding unconverted bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after completion of applicable verification requirements. 77bar processes account closure requests within five (5) business days.

§13 Amendments to Terms

77bar reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via email to the registered address or via a notice displayed prominently on the 77bar platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the 77bar platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. Players who do not agree to amended terms must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

§14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this clause shall limit 77bar's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of jurisdiction.

§15 Contact and Dispute Resolution

15.1 Customer Support. For questions, complaints, or disputes relating to your 77bar account or these Terms and Conditions, players should first contact the 77bar customer support team via Live Chat available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our support team will make every effort to resolve your concern within 24 hours of initial contact.

15.2 Formal Complaints. If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through customer support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to 77bar via email to [email protected]. 77bar will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a final written decision within fourteen (14) business days.

15.3 Regulatory Escalation. If you remain dissatisfied following 77bar's final decision, and where applicable law permits, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant Philippine regulatory body. 77bar cooperates fully with all regulatory inquiries and investigations. Players are reminded that pursuing a regulatory complaint does not suspend any applicable legal limitation periods.
